National Vision (America's Best) is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Marietta, GA. You will help customers select eyewear, dispense glasses, and maintain records while supporting store sales goals. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.
