Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a bilingual Operations Support Specialist for our Hagerstown, MD location. The role supports site staffing, onboarding, orientations, and coordination with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Spanish and English, highly organized, and comfortable using tablet-based data entry and timekeeping tools like KBSPresence. A positive, proactive attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals in English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with tablet-based data entry.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels meet needs.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the designated site with the TA team.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding of new employees.
• Assist with scheduling and orientations.
• Support employee recognition programs.
• Serve as point of contact for questions and issues.
• Maintain training and supervisor files; ensure policy compliance.
