Job summary

MasterCorp in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager for Commercial Cleaning Operations to lead field teams, ensure contractual obligations, and drive service excellence.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, quality control, inventory, and time sheets while collaborating with the Branch Manager to meet client expectations and promote a safe, efficient work environment.

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Flexible schedule – some days and some evening shifts
• Responsible for hiring and training all personnel
• Oversee operations of accounts, i.e. quality control, labor pool, and managing employees to ensure they are following contractual obligations
• Responsible for overseeing and managing time sheet input, supply management, inventory and distribution of payroll as required assessment for assigned accounts
• Assist Branch Manager in maintaining/managing budgets for each building i.e., providing all necessary labor reports and any other pertinent data as it relates to payroll
• Assist in providing necessary supplies and tools for each job site i.e. inventories, start up, miscellaneous supplies/equipment
• Conduct building inspection after normal business hours
• Responsible for ensuring completion of floor care and/or assisting floor technicians in completion of contractual obligations

Experience and Education Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a field directly related to the position or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five (5) years of Janitorial experience is a plus

The Operations Manager is not limited to the above-mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Commercial Services Management.
