Job Skills / Requirements

Houston premier janitorial company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can sell and maintain new accounts.
Performing a wide variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, supervising team members.
This position requires a flexible schedule often times requiring work in the evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
Conduct site visits at various times and shifts.
Respond to clients communications and respond professionally to all requests and provide answers/solutions to any questions/complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly meeting with customers, inspectors, factory reps and contractors, complete new hire paperwork, clean driving record and background check, efficient with customer relations.

Onboarding new hires

Preparing and submitting payroll
