Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of chemotherapy and biotherapy experience required.
• Minimum 18 months of infusion experience.
• BLS and ACLS Certification required.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for hematology/oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration and supportive care.
• Perform nursing assessments and triage patient care needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers; act as a resource to staff and students.
• Provide family support and referrals as needed; participate in quality improvement activities.
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
