Job summary

Starling Oncology in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor Oncology bilingual to lead the Medical Assistant team across multiple clinics. The role requires traveling to adjacent clinics with mileage reimbursement, while primarily based in Long Beach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant Certificate.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision of the Medical Assistants.
• Provide training to staff and new hires.
• Audit charting and assist with protocols.
• Assist Clinic Manager with creating protocols and initiatives.
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings as needed.
• Assist with inventory organization and stocking of exam rooms and labs.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all organizational information.
