Job summary

Starling Oncology in Brandon, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor (Bilingual) to lead day-to-day supervision of a team of Medical Assistants across multiple clinics. Although the primary location is Brandon, coverage will be needed at other area clinics with mileage reimbursed.

The role includes training, chart audits, protocol development, inventory management, and supporting the Clinic Manager. This is a strong stepping stone into clinical leadership and emphasizes exceptional patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Certificate required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Medical Assistant productivity.
• Provide training to staff and new hires.
• Audit charting.
• Assist Clinic Manager with creating protocols.
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings as needed.
• Assist with inventory organization and stocking of exam rooms and labs.
• Promote Starling Oncology's customer service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Other duties as assigned.
