Job summary

ABM is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental programs across large industrial construction and mission-critical projects. You will drive safe work practices, serve as the safety liaison to clients and regulators, and oversee audits, investigations, and training to ensure regulatory and client requirements are met. The role requires strong leadership and bilingual communication would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive safety experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, cleanroom, semiconductor, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience supporting complex clients and projects with compliance and operational excellence.
• OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 500/510 preferred; bilingual ability helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead safety, health, and environmental programs across multiple sites.
• Serve as primary safety liaison for clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Review safety plans, conduct audits, investigations, and trainings; manage incident response and corrective actions.
