Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site activities at client facilities across various industrial projects. The role requires full-time, on-site presence with 100% travel outside scheduled PTO, and a strong focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will serve as the primary technical liaison between the client and internal design teams, coordinating construction activities, resolving design issues, and guiding trades to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish, written and spoken, with field coordination experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial construction management experience.
• OSHA 10, 1926 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% and work on-site at client locations.
• Promote and monitor safety policies for Foth and clients.
• Coordinate with client to resolve conflicts and build client relationships.
• Act as primary technical point of contact with client and internal teams.
• Provide construction management oversight for Design Build/install projects.
• Maintain and coordinate construction schedules with engineering, trades, and vendors.
• Lead trades to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule scope execution.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate design issues with engineering teams.
• Manage change in scope, schedule, and budget with the project manager.
