Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Up to five years of experience in similar roles.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Phlebotomy skills preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and collect data using digital tools.
- Record medical histories and vital signs in a digital environment.
- Collect and prepare lab specimens with accuracy.
- Support physicians during exams and treatments using advanced tools.
- Maintain sterile technique and organized treatment rooms.
- Provide virtual consultations and ensure patient engagement.
- Administer medications following safety protocols.
- Document patient care with data-driven records.
- Manage exam room supplies and inventory.
