Urban Health Plan, Inc. is hiring a Medical Assistant-Tracker at the Plaza del Sol Family Health Center in Corona, Queens. This role supports OB/GYN and Family Medicine providers, handling patient intake, vital signs, and documentation in the electronic medical record.

You will perform CLIA-waived tests, coordinate OB/GYN imaging, and manage outreach for OB/GYN services. Bilingual English/Spanish required; 1 year experience in relevant clinics; full-time schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma and Medical Assistant certificate required.
• 1 year of MA experience in family and OB/GYN settings.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Meet with OB patients for intake assessments and identify needs.
• Track PAP results, IUD insertions, and OB/GYN related items.
• Coordinate free pregnancy testing, schedule OB/GYN imaging and recalls.
• Perform CLIA-waived tests, EKGs, and related screenings.
• Prepare patients for visits with vitals, screenings, and documentation.
• Review records for up-to-date immunizations and referrals; assist providers during visits.
