Job summary

Medical Providers in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. The NP will conduct initial injury evaluations, manage treatment plans, and document thoroughly for PI and workers' compensation cases.

The ideal candidate holds an active Arizona APRN license, an advanced nursing degree (MSN/DNP), and national board certification (FNP/ANP/AGACNP). DEA registration is required or pending, with Monday-Saturday full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Active Arizona APRN license (or eligibility) and RN license as applicable.
• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
• National board certification: FNP, AGPCNP/ANP, or AGACNP/ACNP.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial injury evaluations and follow-up visits for PI and workers' comp patients.
• Develop and manage treatment plans with a multi-specialty provider team.
• Order and review imaging, labs, and referrals as clinically indicated.
• Produce compliant clinical documentation within the EHR system.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, neurology, pain management, and other providers.
