Qualifications

• Active Arizona APRN license.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Availability: Monday through Saturday (full-time schedule).

Responsibilities

• Perform initial injury evaluations and follow-up visits for personal injury and workers' compensation patients.
• Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with a multi-specialty provider team.
• Order and review diagnostic imaging, labs, and specialist referrals.

Skills

Education
