Job summary

Mitchell Martin is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is bilingual in English and Spanish for a Primary Care role in Manhattan. This full‑time position follows a Mon–Fri schedule with one remote administrative day each week.

You will deliver comprehensive adult primary care, evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions, document encounters in the EHR, and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and health coaches to improve patient outcomes in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an NP/PA program.
• Active New York NP or PA license.
• Board Certification as NP or PA.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with medical fluency.
• Background in Family, Internal, or Primary Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adults.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical examinations and order/interpret tests.
• Develop treatment plans and educate on preventive care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and specialists.
• Document encounters in the EHR and participate in QA initiatives.
