Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual Night Site Supervisor in Lehi, UT. You will safely coordinate activities, supervise employees, and ensure OSHA and sanitation standards are met. The role requires leadership, bilingual capability, and strong safety awareness.

You will inspect areas, mentor staff, track equipment and inventory, and prepare routine reports. The position carries a Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:30 AM shift with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience or training.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Good written and verbal skills, customer service, training and time management.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; suggest training/discipline.
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly).
• Conduct quality, service and safety inspections.
• Track equipment maintenance and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety compliance.
• Report personnel and customer issues to manager.
• Correct at-risk behavior immediately and document actions.
• Provide corrective action recommendations and action plans.
• Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
• Understand supervisory responsibilities and related duties.

Job Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for safely coordinating activities within the assigned program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. The Individual will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitors work activities, recommends training and discipline
• Written reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Track supplies and maintain inventory
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager
• Correct at risk behavior immediately, then report to the manager immediately
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement
• Maintain records, i.e., training, inspections, attendance, and metric data
• Familiar with supervisor responsibilities

• Education and/ or Experience: Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license. May be required to be Forklift Certified
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good written and verbal skills, excellent customer service skills, training abilities, and time management skills
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Problem solving, presentation, and coaching
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to effectively communicate to customers, contractors, or employees of organization. Use of forklifts and pallet jacks a plus
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements
