Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Fargo, ND. This full-time position involves interacting with customers, providing excellent service, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include processing sales transactions, stocking shelves, and assisting with deliveries.

The selected individual will be expected to work at stores within a 15 mile radius of Store #703440, located at 4441 45th St S, Fargo, ND 58104. This is a Full‑Time role with pay starting at $18.02 per hour. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommend the right solutions, and promptly resolve any customer concerns. They ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up‑to‑date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards for products and the store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value.
