Guidepost Montessori at Prosperity is hiring a Bilingual Assistant Guide (English/Spanish) to support infants through age 6 in a calm, engaging classroom. You will use Spanish daily, help with learning activities, and assist in closing the room each day.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with opportunities for Montessori training and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with infants to age 6 in a school or childcare setting preferred.
• Able to consistently work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM closing shift.

Responsibilities

• Speak with children in Spanish to promote natural language use.
• Lead songs, books, and activities to bring Spanish to life.
• Observe and support each child's needs in ongoing learning.
• Maintain an orderly, beautiful classroom.
• Support small-group learning and family engagement.
• Close the classroom each afternoon and greet families at pickup.
