Qualifications

• Experience working with at-risk migrant/multilingual students and families.
• Written and verbal communication in English and primary language of target population (e.g., Spanish).
• Knowledge of basic computer software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with counselors and staff to identify migrant students at risk of not meeting standards.
• Assist with individualized plans to transition students to next grade level and postsecondary opportunities.
• Provide language development support for multilingual students.
• Coordinate access to district/community services to reduce barriers.
