Job summary

The Family Engagement Specialist at The Prep Academy at Winburn in Lexington, KY will manage diverse projects to implement an integrated fatherhood/male and community involvement service delivery system. You will work with the family engagement implementation team to provide a coordinated approach for family engagement, community involvement, and development.

You will encourage family services staff and families to ensure a two-generational approach to learning and strengthening parent-child

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services field or similar field is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience with two (2) years of working on male initiatives is required.
• Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and internet/e-communications are highly preferred.
