Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a front-end associate to greet customers, locate merchandise, and assist with stocking and display maintenance in a fast-paced store in Lenexa, Kansas. You will handle price changes, sign placement, and merchandise presentation daily, while supporting delivery coordination for installers.

Qualifications include strong numeric aptitude and organizational skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong organizational skills.
• Stocking experience preferred; manual transmission driving a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep merchandise fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.
• Make display changes according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Perform all out-front price changes and ensure sale signs are in place.
