Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Mental Health Facilitator - Bilingual to coordinate services across High Fidelity Wraparound programs in Torrance, CA. The role emphasizes engagement, assessment, CFT formation, and safety planning to stabilize families and reduce placement disruption.

The position requires Spanish language skills, a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, and relevant experience with high-risk youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health, Human Services, or closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mental Health, Human Services, or closely related field.
• CA Driver’s License required and driving record must meet policy.
• CANS certification within 30 days of hire; complete CFT training within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services across programs, engage clients and families.
• Lead Child and Family Team (CFT) formation and implementation.
• Develop Safety Crisis Plan and Strengths Summary with the team.
• Provide case management and supportive mental health services as needed.
• Collaborate with external agencies and ensure adherence to program processes.
