Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; science/engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (read/write/speak).
• Strong leadership and supervision experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations is required.
• Computer literacy in email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Detail-oriented with deadline-driven work style.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates production personnel in a designated area to maximize productivity.
• Monitor processes to align costs, productivity, yields, lead time, and inventory with goals.
• Support validation activities to ensure manufacturing expectations are met.
• Provide administrative support to business and quality systems for the area.
• Set priorities for manufacturing operations and maintain floor control.
• Develop employees; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Promote safety and teamwork per company values.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure consistent employee relations.
• Interface with plant management, engineering, quality, and HR to meet production needs.
• Contribute to budget input and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee new product introductions and ensure training and dates are met.
• Conduct weekly GMP audits in production areas.
