VillageCareMAX is seeking a Medicare Marketing Coordinator for our Queens office. This full-time onsite role supports the Business Development team, identifying referral sources and coordinating outreach within the frail adult community.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree, 2+ years in related health/marketing fields, and fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin. You will liaise with advisors, educate leaders and maintain the event calendar.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in health-related field or marketing/sales in Medicare.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin or Fujianese.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track community referral sources for the frail adult population.
• Coordinate presentations and manage the event calendar.
• Liaise with Benefit Advisors, Marketing Manager and clients for internal/external communications.
• Educate providers and consumers on product lines and compliance requirements.
• Support research identifying health and social services in the assigned geographic area.
