Job summary

ComForCare in Morris County, NJ, seeks a Community Marketing Representative to build referral networks with hospitals, care managers, and elder-care organizations, and to educate families on Medicaid and MLTSS.

This field-based role requires extensive Medicaid experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage events and campaigns across the county. Some office time is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing or business development in home health or senior services.
• Extensive Medicaid knowledge including NJ FamilyCare and MLTSS.
• Proven track record of generating referrals and census growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory marketing plan to grow census and referrals in Morris County.
• Build relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and senior-service providers.
• Educate families and professionals on Medicaid eligibility and MLTSS enrollment.
