Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Agent License 2-15 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) or 2-40 (Health) in good standing.
• AHIP or Gorman certification completed for the corresponding year.
• Continuing Education transcripts available.
• National Producer Number and valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet quotas.
• Fluency in Spanish or Creole preferred; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Present Medicare plan benefits to beneficiaries in a compliant manner.
• Enroll prospective members and convert appointments to enrollments.
• Ensure enrollment paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Schedule and coordinate first benefits visits with PCPs.
• Resolve member questions on plan benefits and copays.
• Maintain effective communications with staff and members to achieve outcomes.
