Job summary

Solis Health Plans, Inc. in Doral, FL, is seeking an Internal Sales Agent to advise Medicare Beneficiaries on plan benefits and enrollment options. You will conduct compliant presentations and coordinate visits with primary care physicians to enroll new members.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, Medicare knowledge, AHIP or equivalent licensing, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule to meet clients during extended hours. Base salary plus commission; benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; or equivalent education/experience.
• Licensed as Agent 2-15 or 2-40 in good standing.
• Certificate for AHIP for current year.
• National Producer Number.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule to meet with prospective members during non-business hours.
• Knowledge of Medicare benefits and plan options.

Responsibilities

• Performs compliant sales presentations to enroll prospective members into the Plan.
• Uses Medicare approved materials during presentations.
• Conducts in-person appointments at medical centers or member homes.
• Converts appointments into enrollments.
• Checks enrollment paperwork for accuracy and completion.
• Coordinates new member’s first visit with their primary care physician.
• Maintains enrollment rate that is deemed acceptable.
• Communicates effectively in person and by phone.
• Resolves member issues concerning plan benefits and copays.
• Collaborates with staff to achieve positive customer outcomes.
