Job summary

CenterLight Healthcare PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee Coding & Medical Practice operations. You will review policies, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with care plans, documentation, and billing processes across PACE sites in New York.

The role requires 5+ years in coding or medical practice operations, 3+ years in supervision, and relevant certifications. Travel to multiple PACE sites in NY is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Health Administration, or related field, or a Medical Practice related Certification.
• 5+ years in Coding or Medical Practice office-related field; 3+ years in supervision.
• Certificates: CPC, CPMA, CPPM, CRC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Medical Practice staff and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Track orders, MPAs, and ensure timely signatures and follow-ups.
• Ensure notes are present for provider visits and timely documentation.
• Oversee paper documents scanned to EMR and manage scheduling for care.
• Coordinate with HR for staff health assessments and testing.
• Log in Health Commerce System (HCS) daily and report updates.
• Act as HCS Coordinator and Data Reporter for the site.
• Liaise between Medical Coding/Practice operations and physicians.
