Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Checks in, registers and schedules patients in the system.
• Verifies and updates patient demographic information.
• Manages and tracks payments and billing inquiries.
• Maintains clean, organized reception area and office supplies.
• Opens/closes clinic during business hours.
