Job summary

Dynamic Service Solutions (DSS) in Houston, TX seeks a bilingual Medical Assistant to support intake, record keeping, and clinical tasks for our Children First Residential Care Program. You will help monitor Unaccompanied Children health, coordinate with medical teams, and ensure documentation complies with ORR and state policies.

The role requires English/Spanish fluency and a compassionate, trauma-informed approach in a fast-paced environment serving vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Medical Assistant licensure required.
• 1 year experience in outpatient, assisted living, hospital, or public health setting preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist intake and maintain medical records per regulatory requirements.
• Support medical, dental, and mental health services to children.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with procedures.
• Maintain supplies and medications and track inventory.
• Document care and treatment in patient records per policy.
