Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certificate/Training completed.
• National Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification.
• Bilingual English and Arabic is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process blood draws and collect specimens.
• Prepare examination rooms and equipment.
• Record vital signs, medical history, and entries in medical records.
• Complete referrals and discharge patients.
• Assist providers and nurses during exams and treatments.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance and demographics.
