Job summary

Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc. (MSPB) is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team in Palm Springs, FL. The role involves patient triage, vitals, assisting with procedures, and education, with emphasis on English/Spanish bilingual communication.

The ideal candidate will have High School diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years in a medical setting, and familiarity with CPT/ICD-10; Athena system experience is a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in a medical setting preferred; formal training or certification is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Athena, CPT and ICD-10 codes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage and patient assessment.
• Take patient vitals as needed.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures prescribed by the physician.
• Support the physician during clinical office procedures.
• Provide patient education and instruction as required.
• Coordinate scheduling and pre-certification for tests.
• Maintain patient charts and records.
