Qualifications

• Facilitate communication between patient and provider during care.
• Prepare patients for visits: rooming, vitals, intake forms, radiology prep.
• Assist with completing forms and education as directed by provider.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vitals and visit details.
• Maintain exam room standards and restock at day's end.
• Handle EMR documentation and chart preparation for visits.
• Provide patient education as indicated by provider.
