Jobot is seeking a compassionate, bilingual Medical Assistant (Korean/English) to join our oncology clinic in Southern California. This role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with a pay range of $21–$26 per hour.

You will work alongside physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of MA experience in a physician office, fluent Korean and English, and CMA/RMA/CCMA or equivalent

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MA experience in a physician office or ambulatory setting preferred.
• Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written) is required.
• MA certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) preferred or required by state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification current or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience with injections, patient intake, and clinical procedures.
• Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and HIPAA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Greet and room patients with excellent customer service.
• Document vital signs, medical histories, medications, and chief complaints.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist during examinations and procedures.
• Administer injections and other treatments as directed.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and related clinical duties.
• Document patient information in the EMR accurately.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up steps.
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and test orders.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and uphold infection control standards.
• Communicate in Korean and English to assist patients and families.
