Concentra, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Medical Assistant for our Fresno location. This full-time role involves greeting patients, collecting histories, preparing for exams, taking vitals, and assisting clinicians. You may perform DOT and non-DOT testing and will cross-train for front-office duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and obtain medical histories; verify patient information.
• Prepare patients for examinations; take vitals and perform tests.
• Assist during examinations and treatments; support clinician as needed.
• Conduct ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) as certified.
• Perform DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Cross-train to handle front office duties (check-in/out, authorizations, wait times).
