Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a professional, confidential experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in/check-out.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and eligibility.
• Enter data in EMR accurately.
• Assist with insurance authorizations, referrals, and documentation.
• Support medical billing, coding, and claim follow-up.
• Review documents for complete billing information.
• Collect copays and maintain payment records.
• Handle calls and patient inquiries.
• Coordinate communication among patients, staff, labs, and partners.
• Assist with basic Medical Assistant duties as trained.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Support efficient patient flow from registration to visit completion.
• Promote community-centered intimate health services.
