USA Clinics Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and support physicians during procedures, ensuring a smooth, friendly service experience in a busy clinic.

This role requires completing a CMA/CCMA/RMA or training program, hands-on clinical duties like vital signs and phlebotomy, and fluency in Spanish and English. Training is provided and compensation is $21–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role.
• Familiarity with vital signs, rooming patients, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/CCMA/RMA preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Obtain vital signs and document medical histories in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as trained.
• Document interactions accurately in EMR/EHR.
• Support care across physician offices, clinics, or urgent settings.
• UtilizeEpic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks platforms.
