How You Will Make an Impact

  • Work in collaboration with a skilled care team that includes dedicated providers, benefits specialists, front desk receptionists, behavioral health consultants, and others to provide quality health services and resources to meet our patients’ needs.
  • Assist providers with onsite procedures.
  • Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and administer medications/vaccines directly to patients.
  • Assist patients by responding to questions, returning calls, scheduling appointments, and reviewing medical records.
  • Continue to grow your knowledge base through extensive clinical and technical training, including training on Epic, one of the leading Electronic Medical Record Systems globally.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited entity.
  • Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program.
  • CPR certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, with skills training conducted in person.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience or clinical externship.
  • Basic proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred).

ACCESS is a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers serving patients on the frontlines of community-based health care. The pay ranges provided represent the minimum to mid-range for positions. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and available grant funding.
