Qualifications

• 5–7 years of senior store management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance with required limits.

Responsibilities

• Create, nurture, and maintain a positive climate between retailers and the company and between each retailer and the Retail Counselor.
• Accumulate and organize economic and operating data to help retailers plan and manage operations effectively.
• Analyze and organize data and coordinate with store development, marketing, financial services, and real estate.
• Develop short and long range plans to sustain retail viability and a plan for every store.
• Set goals and determine objectives for operational improvements and promotions.
• Annually develop budgets for assigned territory.
