Job summary

Wheeler Clinic is seeking a Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Clinician to deliver in-home, model-adherent clinical care to adolescents with substance use and behavioral issues, and their families. Position includes MDFT certification, licensure hours, and supervision experiences, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus (half paid on hire, half at one year).

Qualifications

• Must hold LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPC or licensed or license eligible psychologist.
• Education in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or Psychology is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides model adherent intensive in-home clinical treatment to adolescents and families.
• Completes clinical documentation and safety planning; triages emergencies.
• Works with internal and external providers and conducts in-home, remote and community visits.
• Participates in wraparound services with the family and on-call rotations.
