Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.

Responsabilités

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including insurance inquiries, billing, and policy changes.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
