Position: Bilingual Marketing Assistant

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $20.00/hour

Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant manages the consumer intake process, serving as the first point of contact. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of the Home Care process, supporting resources, referral policies, creating relationships with consumers, and assisting with applications and documentation for caregivers.

Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred or relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years in a Marketing Assistant or Intake support role; HR experience in home care preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of office management principles.
  • Strong typing and computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Organized, accurate, detail-oriented.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist Home Care Liaison with daily administration, calendar management, and project coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, record intake info into ZOHO, and support applicants.
  • Complete caregiver applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Follow up on credentials, communicate with clients and caregivers, and document status changes.
  • Coordinate with external partners and prepare welcome packets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, using telephone and computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform close work requiring good vision and hearing.
