Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking a Machine Operator to support production operations by operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment. The role emphasizes quality and safety, with a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating in Spanish. Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with pay at $18.00+ per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking required
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills
• Good mathematical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience with ERP or production reporting systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing systems according to established procedures
• Perform part inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues
• Support production start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, and daily operations
• Complete required paperwork and production records accurately
• Read and follow manufacturing specifications and work instructions
• Measure and inspect components using appropriate gauges and inspection tools
• Record quality assurance and production data
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety requirements and company policies
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities on assigned equipment
• Identify non-conforming products and assist with containment procedures
• Report equipment issues and production concerns to supervisors
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Support team goals and perform additional duties as assigned
