Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate outbound trucking services based on customer delivery orders.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents and shipping instructions.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor truck arrivals, departures, and loading activities.
• Ensure proper loading procedures and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched shipments.
• Communicate any delays or issues to the operations manager.
• Support the yard operations team with daily tasks.
