Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Greenville, SC seeks a Logistics Planner to coordinate inbound and outbound freight, optimize service and cost, and ensure on-time deliveries for customer orders and inventory movements.

You will build daily load plans using EFMS/Topex/TMS, arrange carrier tenders, and liaise with internal teams and carriers to align on priorities. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 0–3 years in logistics.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and/or Portuguese required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate daily load plans through EFMS, Topex, or TMS system or Red PrairieRoute interactive.
• Ensure carrier receipt of daily load tenders via 204, fax, or TMS equip.
• Coordinate appointment acquisition to ensure adherence to customer delivery requirements.
• Communicate frequently with internal teams and external carriers to ensure consistency in direction and expectations.
• Coordinate carrier pickup times, and provide daily shipment plan to distribution center.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities that improve financial performance and service levels.
• Identify compliance issues and propose remedies/action plans to Operations supervisor.
• Yard and shuttle service supervision.
