Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a logistics professional for shipping coordination and import operations. The role emphasizes bilingual capabilities (Chinese or Vietnamese), customer focus, and process improvement.

You’ll work with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure on-time, compliant delivery across ocean, air, and trucking modes. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in freight forwarding or logistics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to learn logistics operations quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to analyze data and KPIs to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics (Ocean import) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean, air and trucking freight with carriers and 3PLs.
• Manage fulfillment and distribution activities to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Build relationships with carriers and internal teams to resolve freight issues.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency.
