Job summary

CAE is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to connect the Mx organization with CAE-wide training initiatives. You will focus on courseware, LMS deployment, and the integration of AI-driven learning technologies to create engaging and effective training programs.

You will lead projects with SMEs, manage timelines, and collaborate across CAE functions to incubate new training technologies that enhance instructor-led and digital delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or related area.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and LMS platforms.
• Experience with Gemini and project-driven timelines.
• Excellent communication across all levels and bilingual in French/English.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage LMS solutions and courseware.
• Lead adoption of new learning technologies and AI-driven methods.
• Coordinate courseware projects with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Utilize analytics to track learner progress and drive improvements.
