Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling to pediatric clients and families in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and grow from part-time to full-time as the practice expands.

The role offers a positive, energetic atmosphere with teamwork and laughter, and a focus on family-centered therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling required.
• DORA license for LPC required.
• Preference for Spanish speaking.
• Experience in pediatric therapy.
• Availability to work after school hours.
• Proficiency in play therapy and group therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with parent-training and family counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct counseling sessions to address pediatric clients' mental health needs.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and team to develop treatment plans.
• Partner with mental health and occupational therapy teams for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Position Overview

Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing, supportive team. In this role, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling to pediatric clients and their families. You'll also collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, coordinated care that truly makes a difference in the lives of the children we serve. Schedule

• Part-time, with the intention to add days and grow to full-time
• 2-3 days/week, afternoon availability!

Pay

• $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
• $10,000 - Full -Time
• $5,000 - Part - Time

Key Responsibilities
