Advantixx Insurance Group in Henderson, NV is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our Farmers Insurance agency. You will quote, sell, and service personal and commercial lines, generating new business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, presenting solutions, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems and web-based applications.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell available Farmers personal and commercial insurance products.
• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, outbound follow-up, networking, community outreach, and relationship development.
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare quotes, present insurance solutions, and close new business.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify potential coverage gaps.
• Cross-sell and account-round additional insurance products when appropriate.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers.
• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general service needs.
• Support customer retention and identify opportunities to strengthen existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and agency documentation.
• Meet established sales, production, retention, and customer service expectations.
• Maintain required insurance licenses and complete applicable training and continuing education.
