Job summary

CCDOC is seeking a licensed mental health counselor to provide professional services across multiple North Carolina locations. The role involves managing a caseload, completing intake and documentation, and delivering evidence-based therapy in accordance with state licensure and agency policy.

Some travel within the region may be required. The position requires valid NC licensure (LCMHC/LCMHCA/LCSW/LMFT/LPA) and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, with strong communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Current NC license as LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, or LPA required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills required.
• Strong ability to work with staff, volunteers, clients and the public; clear written and verbal communication in English and second language as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professionally licensed mental health counseling services to participants.
• Maintain caseload and complete intake, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Maintain active caseload and meet productivity standards.
• Participate in supervision, case conferences and staff meetings.
