Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, clients and the public; promote agency programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional mental health counseling within agency standards and licensed criteria.
• Complete intake documentation, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes (within 48 business hours) and discharge summaries.
• Maintain an active caseload and achieve productivity as defined by agency metrics.
• Participate in supervision, case conferences and staff meetings to discuss client treatment and best practices.
• Maintain ongoing continuing education to preserve licensure.
